Virginia National Bankshares Corporation (Company), headquartered in Charlottesville, Virginia, became a bank holding company in 2013 following reorganization of Virginia National Bank (Bank) into a holding company form of ownership. When the reorganization became effective on December 16, 2013, the Bank became the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
